Throttle body assembly
Should be on the throttle body...some vehicle you can replace the sensor and some you have to replace the throttle body.

Before you replace the (TPS) Disconnect the negative battery cable. When you reconnect the battery the computor will be reset. Please make sure you put the new snsor in as you took it out should be fine..

Have dealer check the computer codes - I had same problem and it required that the accelerator module be replaced - this is "drive by wire" system - no direct hookup to the throttle body.

Hi, the throttle position sensor assembly is mounted directly to the throttle body in the hood. I believe the throttle position sensor is replaced w/ the throttle body as an assembly....

should be on the passenger side of the throttle body. If you look under the hood, where the throttle cable is attached to the drivers side of the throttle body, it should be on just the opposite side of the throttle body.

Oh yea it has two TPS - throttle position sensors ! An you have to replace the whole assembly !

The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor is mounted in the rear of the intake manifold.***** you didn't tell me what motor you have so here are all of them on4.6L&6.0L its mounted in the front of the intake manifold behind the throttle body on the 5.7L its mounted in the rear of the intake manifold

Follow the air intake house coming from the filter to the engine...throttle body is attached to the other end sensore should be on the side of the throttle.
