1999 isuzu rodeo electric window switch panel Drivers side window is down and will not go up. The main panel will not put down the passenger side window. It will put down the rear drivers side, but will not put it up. Is there a fuse that can be changed or do I have to replace the switch panel?

There will be a fuse under your hood and one inside the car. The one inside the car can be either under the dash (drivers or passengers), side of the dash where the door meets the dash (drivers or passengers), kick panel by door (drivers or passengers), main console (drivers or passengers)
First check your fuse panel. Other than that...Perhaps moisture has gotten in the door panel and messed with the connection. I would take the panel off and investigate..make sure everything is plugged in.
the master switch is bad sad to say....they suffer greatly from manufacture defects....you can try to exchange it or find a new one
i went through 3 new ones to get a good one....i know it is expensive but the dealer may be your best bet, you can try it in the parking lot and the parts guy can watch you install it....then they have no choice but to honor the new part warranty if the new one is defective also....thanks
ok do you have one good switch for the pass front and both rears.....in other words do you have at least one of those 3 windows that work normal????if you do remove that switch and connect it to the other windows and check for normality in operation...if it works fine at the switch then the new switch you have is faulty
gotta remove the door panels there a panel removing tool looks like a snakes tounge but bigger these pop out your door pannel
they take the panel pins out without damageing the door pannel
disconnect electric switches
the electric assembly in side is rivited in so is your going to remove gears you need to drill out revits then work it out of door panel
