Rather than ask all these questions

How about going to a dealer or tire store,
& just diagnose & resolve the TPMS issue

If there was no problem, then when it ran a self check,
you wouldn't still have a tpms light on or codes

did you all jeep:?
call them all and ask for international shipping.
they all have email. , all, google for Jeep dealer, click parts, click email.

have the fault codes read and replace the faulty units. Ask the service person if they pressure cleaned the engine as that quite often causes problems with water getting into the connections and shorting out
