P0010 = "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open Bank 1
Yes, it is possible. The vehicle ECU, (it's brain), isn't getting the proper signal from one of the cam shaft actuators. This is a switch that alters how early or late the valves open as the engine speed changes. A good auto electrician will be able to check the wiring.
I
f the actuator itself needs replacing it will depend on which engine is fitted as to how difficult it will be to replace. The four cylinder engines, (1.8 litre), are reasonably easy to do as they are both right at the front of the engine. The V6 engines can be a little bit more tricky as you will have 4 to deal with.

SOURCE: I have a 2000 Mercedes c230k running on 3out of 4 cylinders. Got spark and fuel to cyl #4 but when I pull the injector plug for #4 it makes no change

It makes no change because that is the cylinder you have a fault in, most likely cause is bad ignition coil. Swap the coil to another cylinder and see if the problem follows the bad coil.

Testimonial: "I swapped the coils and the problem did follow so I need a new coil pack?"

Check that is battery voltage at the pump relay, with the ignition on the relay should click in and there should be battery voltage at the cable going to the fuel pump , If all is correct there check for a broken cable to the fuel pump

I have a mercedes c230k and 0il is leaking on drive belt and front of motor it's wet and gunk down motor front need to clean to find problem will gunk hurt anything

Any type of oil can cause problems to areas not designed to have oil on lt. Make concern is to repair your oil leak as soon as possible. Sounds like it could be your camshaft front seal. Or a simple valve cover gasket.
