the fuel filter on this vehicle is going to be on the firewall just under the windshield. it will have 2 or 3 hoses connected into it, and should be connected to the mount with a hose clamp.

Fuse #23 is a 15amp - Radio
Fuse #13 is a 7.5 amp - Heater

1f56e01.jpg this is the blower motor wire schematic. if the blower motor is getting power. your problem is most likley the power resistor.

1988 honda civic fuse box gas gauge fuse

I don't think it has a fuse.....The sender for the gage is integrated into the fuel pump assy. the 1988 is probably ready for a fuel pump....This will probably correct the gage problem....I have an 1988 accord, the pump is accessible through a removable panel in the trunk.....I think the civic has to drop the tank.....Just use the odometer to keep from running out of gas....just base Your MPG on 30 miles per gallon to be safe..........

When i turn my civic over a fuse under my hood blows and my car wont give no sprk but still turnover

Either fuse is under power or there is a short circuit in the wiring. Also clean the battery posts.
