2009 Audi A2 while driving feels like a tire has bump on it

It's likely a broken belt in one of your tires. Jack the suspected wheel up and give it a spin. Watch the tread and see if you find a lump on it at some point as it spins. If not try the other ones.

2005 BMW X3 CLICKING NOISE

It sounds like you have a rock or something stuck in the tread of one of your tires. Take a look and see if you find anything, then dig it out with a key. If it looks like something punctured the tire (it could be a nail in the tire) don't take it out (the tire will deflate) , take it to a tire shop and get it fixed.

2005 Grand Prix shakes at low speeds, it also does at high speeds but not as bad. Steering wheel does not shake. Front tires have been balanced and the rears have not been.

Sounds like you have a broken belt in one of your rear tires, or a bent wheel. This would feel like the car is rocking a little bit like a boat on small waves. You can check this out by lifting the rear tires off the ground a slowly rotate them while looking at the tread, if you see the tire really wobble or have a bump in one spot that's it.

At 45 miles an hours the jeeps shakes wildly why

Check for rocks stuck in tread , check for proper air pressure in tires, jack up each wheel/tire and spin it to see if tire or wheel is out of round (up and down motion) or wheel is bent (side to side motion) . Up and down could be either broken belt in the tire or a bent wheel either one. If it isn't a tire or wheel problem then you need to have a mechanic check steering linkage , ball joints, esp if they haven't been kept serviced regularly.

00 FORD E 350 MY FRONT END SHAKE ALL SPEED

If it is constantly shaking? Sounds like a knot on your tire. Because if it was tie rod end or sway bar then it would stop at certain times. Like slow speeds, or when you turn a little then straighten it back out.
Jack it up and pull on the wheels and if something is loose or worn out it will show up. Feel around the tire for a knot. Lower the jack to where the tire barely clears the ground and spin it. It will hit the ground if there is a knot you cant feel.

Saab 93 - noisy when going over bumps on the road.

Have you tried driving over a bump whilst also applying the brakes? (Right foot on gas, left gently on brake - with no one behind you!) If the noise goes away, then it could be the brake pads that are not fitted correctly. Only posting this, as this just happened to mine...the mechanic took it over bumps and noise was there. Applied brakes whilst going over bump, noise went away. Replaced badly fitted rear pads (had been bodged by another garage) and the problem was solved.
