Yes just replace the headgasket it sure that what it is but if you have over heated look for fine cracks in head or block.

SOURCE: headgasket I think its blown Im overheating water

pull all of the spark plugs and roll the engine over please protect your eyes and that will tell you what side it is comming from by coolent shooting out. then you can pull the bad side apart to see if it is indeed a head gasket or a cracked head.

Why does the engine have water in 5 cylinders

I think you may have a cracked block, which could be very serious. It also could be your water jacket. Good luck

I have replaced everything I can think of to do with cooling the engine. The radiator , thermostat, water pump , and hoses but its still overheating

Check for water in the oil. A faulty headgasket can lead to overheating. It'll look like a light brown frothy foam above the oil line on your dipstick. It can also accumulate inside the oil filler cap.

My mazda tribute 2001 coolent level goes down quickly without a leak

if it's getting hot also [ i guess if its getting hot it should be leaking out the overflow tube] i would think it's a worn radiator cap or check the oil for water in it [look on dipstick for cloudy looking oil] blown headgasket.
radiator cap easy fix.

Oil in coolant . oil cooler bad but which one

Oil generally will get into the coolant due to a headgasket leaking, or a cracked head.

You'll need to pressurize both systems (OIl & Cooling) to try & determine where the leak is coming from. .

Antifreeze in the oil can cause the pistons to sieze in the cylinders and if you've got oil in the anti-freeze, you more than likely have anti-freeze in the oil, or soon will.

Good luck.
