Probably not a relay as some circuits will be hard-wired into the battery circuit.
I once encountered a car behaving just like yours and a very disenchanted owner. Over a period of a couple of months it had been attended by a couple of breakdown services and had been several times to various repairers.
The fault turned out to be a bad connection where the battery terminal had been crimped to the battery cable. It appeared normal but inside, when I cut it open, the wire strands were black and scorched resulting effectively in a random disconnection of the battery. When the car had started it behaved normally but getting it started was another matter entirely.
SOURCE: Horn malfunction
Under the hood of your jeep on the passenger side there is the Power Distrubution Center (PDC). Remove the lid and thered will be fuses and relays in there. I could not locate the exact location of the horn reley, but if you start removing them one by one you can find the horn relay. You will know the right one when the horn stops.

You must charge the battery or you can use jumper cables from another battery to your battery to activate the electric trunk release, just be sure you hook up the jumper cables correctly ( cable to + on the battery and black to _ terminal of battery)and wear safety glasses when hooking up cables this should release the trunk. Also as a precaution always hook up + or red jumper cables wires first to prevent a arcing spark which is not terribly dangerous but this order in which to connect jumper cables is recommended.

I have had the same problem and I have come to the conclusion it is the security system. After 3 minutes the car will start so there is nothing wrong with the battery or starter. I have had it to the dealer a few times and they cannot solve it. It may be the locks on the doors and they may not be resetting properly. I have learned to live with it.

I assume the car drives okay the rest of the time at varying speeds and conditions?
It may be you have an air lock in the system (have you had work done or lost coolant?) or the sensor or its wiring is faulty.
Check the level of your coolant tank when the car is at full temp and idling - for safety - the tank is opaque you should be able to see the water level - do not open when hot !

Bummer mystery. Battery post or cable being dirty may be the cause. The fix is to remove and clean post and cables. Take the smaller black "ground" cable off first, and install it on last.- Got That? Part stores sell a tool just to clean these parts [cost $5]. If battery is dirty, wash with dish soapy water. rinse off with water. Sprinkle baking soda on connectors, then remove and clean them. Follow ground cable and tighten its connection to the motor and frame. A good time for tune up additives to be installed. Hope this helps.
