Hello Shey....OBDII is EMC/PCM controlled...you may have a possible computer issue. I've encountered some real strange intermittent issues with the LaCrosse. It is often difficult... if not impossible to trouble shoot on-board computer control devices without bench test equipment and even then they can test out okay but not perform properly. First off, as the battery is at the heart of the electrical system check that your battery has good voltage (check battery with a volt meter or better yet load test the battery) Check the starter wiring for good connections. Check the starter relay and neutral safety switch/ make sure there is oil in the crankcase and then check to make sure the engine manually turns over ( (spark plugs removed hand crank the engine over by placing a socket and wrench on the crank pulley nut to rotate engine. If all checks out you may be forced to do the dreaded replace parts solution which often results in spending more money and time than Dealer service.

Both my remotes no longer work. I will be ordering new ones off Ebay and having my dealer program them. New ones from Buick are very pricey.

Yes, this says 'ignition voltage', even though the code is C0036, it does state that the ABS uses 12 volts system voltage.

I've goy a 05 Buick LaCrosse CXL 3.8L that acts like its not getting any gas then will take off like it was floored.Idle at stop is erratic

You need to remove the air hose from the throttle body and get some throttle body cleaner and a tooth brush. My Lacrosse started to hesitate then lunge around 100k miles or so. Cleaning the throttle body completely resolved that issue. Get the cleaner and spray it in and use an old toothbruch to gently scrub the body and the plate. I would put a towel underneath the throttle body as plenty of black liquid is going to come out.
