Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? I don't know what testing you've done?

Can i turn my front headrests around on my 2013 xts? they are too far forward and would like to just flip them around.

These adjust I think. Pull gently all the way forward and release. They should go way back and then you can pull forward on click at a time to adjust.
