The ford starter solenoid has a big hot battery terminal and one of the small studs has a s it stands for starter at a parts store you can get a push button remote starter
Hot wire from the battery to the push button and another wire from the push button to the starter side of the solenoid should do it, hope this helps

If you are referring to the style dishwasher that has the controls on the TOP edge of the door, you are supposed to select the preferred cycle and options you wish to use, then press START while the door is OPEN. You will then have about 3 seconds to close the door. If you fail to shut the door in the allotted time, the program will cancel and you will have to repeat the steps. This information should be printed in the owner's manual under the operating instructions.
