SOURCE: Dead battery or starter?
Take the battery out and have it charged up. reinstall it and you should be allright. Your car has discharged it completely, and it will need a recharge to start. The gauge is only measuring voltage, and not the status of charge.
SOURCE: Car radio dead after dead car battery
you are right, some Honda's have a radio code, most of the time on the radio chassis itself, but like my sisters she had to gone online and give them her VIN and they sent her the code
SOURCE: car will not jump start
Check battery voltage. If volts are very low, put on charger. In many cases, you can't jump through a really dead battery... not enough voltage gets through to computer etc to make systems operate.
Battery may be used up... if it will not take a charge, replace it and check charging system before driving. PS: use a charger to charge battery. If it is very low, you candamage charging system in other vehicle. Also,,, You cleaned terminals already RIGHT???

Some German cars have anti-theft device inside to make it useless to steal...check at the dealership to see if jumping the battery will activate this(the car thinks its being stolen) .

Your alternator is dead/dying. Nissan puts both of those lights on to tell you that the alternator isn't charging your battery.
