Intake air flow meter and air intake temp sensor give ECU information; then coolant temp sensor has big influence on fuel mix, throttle position sender tells ECU what driver wants, then O2 sensor(s) do fine trim to fuel mix.
Emission system -- Inlet Air Temp. Circuit High
voltage. The sensor is detecting too hi a voltage at the throttle body - could indicate plugged air filter, not enough air getting to engine OR the sensor has gone bad.
Code 1193 is for the intake air temp sensor telling the computer the air temp is very high when it is not. The temp sensor and circuit would need to be checked with a scanner to verify the problem.
P1684 - the battery has been disconnected within the last 50 starts , pretty much harmless, maybe it's time for new battery or check battery terminal connection. P0123- throttle position sensor high input - probably broken sensor or wire, mechanic has to check it, engine has rough/high idle P0118 - Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input P1193. Inlet Air Temp. Circuit High. If you have all of those at once, it is not likely that 3 different sensors go bad at the same time. Check harness and connections to ECM,
This code is for the intake air temp sensor, it is either on the air cleaner box or in the hose that connects box to engine. Many times it is just unpllugged because someone changed air filter.Since this is a voltage error code if is no unplugged then it is most likely bad.
Usually means the starter has open windings or a short. Remove the starter and take to parts store for testing. Please let me know if you have more questions.

Install or connect the following:
Starter and torque bolts to 40 ft. lbs. (54 Nm)Starter electrical connectorsIntake manifold inlet hose on high output enginesNegative battery cable
The code is for the inlet air temp sensor voltage high. Check and make sure the sensor is plugged in, It will be on the intake manifold or the hose to the intake manifold. If it is plugged in you need to check that all the wires are in good condition. If they all look good there are alot of possiblities for the cuase of this code. Most likely cuase is the inlet air temp sensor. But it could still be in the wiring or in the pcm (engine computer)
