Sounds like your heater core is leaking. Depending on where your fan motor/module is located it’s possible it could have shorted out. Check for any dampness by the footwell and/or behind the dash at the bottom.
Also check for any blown fuses

SOURCE: no hot air from heater, blower runs fine

The heater in your car depends upon a flow of hot coolant going through the heater core in order to get hot air into the car. If the heater core is partially plugged, it will restrict the flow. If you have a head gasket that is putting exhaust into the cooling system, it will eventually get into the heater core. When this happens there is no coolant in the heater core to make the air warm. If the water pump vanes have corroded away the result will be very poor coolant circulation causing the heater to not blow hot air. If your car is equipped with a heater control valve that is not functioning properly, the coolant flow will be restricted. One or a combination of these factors is likely the culprit in your case.

Since you state the 2 things you ruled out, that leaves only the water pump. Is the car running hot? The thermostat may be sticking as well... but im leaning toward the pump.

If it is fogging your windows, you have a leaking heater core. Dash removal is required to fix it.

sounds like a dodgy heater element. there is a small heater radiator located inside your blower right next to your air conditioning radiator. check that and any hoses around it for leaks and damage.

where do you live. Never put straight water in a radiator even during the summer. Do you see any leaks around the water pump, radiator hoses, or in the passenger side floor inside also at the firewall where the heater hoses go into the heater.

I don't know how the heater would be affected but water there and if it's not antifreeze from the heater core would just about have to be the condensation from the a/c evaporator because of a stopped up drain hose or cracked drain pan.

Runs hot and hearter not blowing hot air

a heater uses the temperature of the cars water, running threw a heat exchanger if the heater core has failed water will not circulate threw the engine properly this will and can cause over heating as well as nothing blowing from the heater. good luck.heater cores are generally inexpensive parts to replace.

last thing you can check if heater core is ok. is the thermostat.

Your heater core has a small leak. You can try to fix it with some rad sealant, the kind you put in your radiator, like "Barsleaks" or something. I find the aluminum filing type work the best. When your rad is low, mix the filings in a few cups of water, and then add to the radiator, and let it run for a while. If the leak is more than a pinhole, it probably won't last long, and the heater core will need to be replaced.

your electric cooling fan is not switching on that is either 1. you fan is bad which you can test jumping a hot wire to the pos side of the fan if it works then exclude it. 2. your fan works on a ground system there is a coolant fan switch in the head that can cause no fans, and the last 3. nfan relay or fuse bad
