89 300E, sitting for 2 years, getting fuel to fuel distributor, but not to injectors. How does the fuel distributor work? and how can I test it?

The fuel distributor is mostly mechanical. It does however require a few signals from a small computer for idle speed and mixture adjustment.. I would look close for broken/chewed wires. Does the air flow meter move freely? Thats the large plate right in the middle of the distributor.

My mercedes 1991 300E 2.6 must need the fuel filter replaced, What tools are necessary to remove it?

Its a canister type filter, a couple of combination wrenches should be used to remove it. I would look at your fuel pressure regulator and fuel distributor and make sure the fuel pumps run.

My 400e mercedes is misfiring, and I hear a small metal pcs crunchy sound around the distributor cap,do u think that the rotor cap is bad

Your distributor bushing is bad, causing the distributor to wobble when running. Get it checked out for repair and/or replace the distributor. Take off the cap and check the play in the shaft that the rotor is attached to first.

While in park 1988 mercedez benz 190e idles rough and sometimes

This is an interesting part, and I spent quite some time to fix the problem. I list it here those steps in the order could fix the problem ranging from least expensive to most expensive steps. It just happened to me the last one really eliminated the problem. 1- Make sure it gets turned up first. 2- Adjust cables to increase idle. There are two cables. You remove the air filter to see them clearly. a- one for the gas, the other for transmission. b- clean the area well so you can see a micro switch. This switch called cut off switch. c- whatever adjustment you make, the level of the switch has to press on the switch to maintain the idle. If you see it off, you can bend the metal part to keep it in place 3- Take off the Fuel distributor to clean the throttle below it. 4- Replace all the injectors. These are not Electronic Fuel Injectors so you don't have to deal with Injector module. 5- Replace the fuel distributors. Good luck.

Old j reg mercedes 230te wont start

Check Injectors spraying Fuel when you start. Fuel pump prime because you hear the pump. IF pump is weak, then your Fuel distributor doesn't have correct pressure to spray fuel when injectors open. Do your sparks plug wet after trying several times. If they are dry then you don't have fuel. Replace injectors If they are wet then you don't have correct air:gas ratio of 14.6:1. Replace Fuel distributors

What is the cost of head carburetor Injection systen of Mercedes benz 190 E 2.0 8 valv??

mlcv22: You are asking about the fuel distributor or the EHA valve?
I want to point out that more often than not, the fuel distributor is blamed for what is actually a problem with the EHA valve
(electric hydraulic actuator) That is a black plastic kind of square part held on with 2 small bolts which us a flat blade screw driver or some used a n allen wrench. When you remove it, there are two small "O" rings which usually stick to the fuel distributor.
As for the costs of these parts?
The list price on a fuel distributor is $2,600.
The EHA valve retails for $374.00
These are new from the dealer, You can price remanufactured fuel distributors from parts houses OR buy one from a salvage yard. Usually the fuel distributor will come with an EHA valve on it.
You can buy these on ebay, I found a complete remanufactured unit including the EHA valve for $299.00
The $50.00 question Why do you need a fuel distributor or EHA valve?
