After you have checked all the fuses.
Please check the FUSE # 9 15amp. Is the fuse for the front wiper.
Behind left side of dash.
I'm watching the DIAGRAM for your wipers.
And I found. the relay, But is part of the Wiper Switch. on steering column.
With a Test light. check the BLUE wire for POWER 12V.
ON the wiper motor connector.
If yes try to hit softly with a metal piece.
With the wiper switch on. and ignition on.
If work you need to replace the wiper motor.
And letme know if work. or not.

There are a total of 5 fuses for brake and abs functions 3 in central fuse box on the drivers side inside truck fuse #9 - 7.5 amp fuse #10 - 10 amp and fuse #11 - 7.5 amp then there are 2 big fuses under the hood in the main battery fuse box next to the battery fuse # 6 - 50 amp and fuse # 28 - 30 amp

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK THE AIR FILTER HOSE OFF THE CARBARATOR AND ADDED CARBARATOR CLEANER. PUT IT BACK ON, AND WORKED. TRY THAT.

Check the rest of the fuses. Most of the time, the audio cuircut is divided or supported by two fueses,. Not nessesaraly marked as radio, so look all of them., If avalible use a test light , W/ key in the on Postison, .
