SOURCE: When should I change brake fluid on my RX 330?

brake fluid is only changed when system maintenance is performed and fluid lost, there is no service interval other than a regular level check.

SOURCE: maintenance schedule

The lexus 2004 RX330 owners maual doesn't have the maintenance schedule in it. No charts, no recommended replacement of parts, fluids. Where do I get the RX330 maintenance schedule? ...and not just at what mileage service is due!

Small leaks dark in color . someone replaced the oil pan but the leask still persist.

sounds like oil. Can you see where the oil is coming from? you have to get underneath and remove the undercovers(plastic) to see where the leak is.

Lexus 330 Engine light is fleshing and VSC light on

Basically, stop driving it until you can get the transmission serviced.
If you can safely jack up the vehicle and support it so it cannot fall on you, you can possible save some money by checking all the electrical connections to the transmission. Sometimes the problem is a loose or bad connection. If that does not work, your safest bet is to bring it to a certified mechanic, especially one who specializes in Lexus.
