try honda wreckers do a bit of phoning around wreckers businesses. I would expect it to not be a replacement part brand new but check with a honda dealer as well.
Would ask about a HRV 2001 Relay compartment box / fuse panel

Sounds like your battery. Not enough cca cold cranking amps. Some people put in cheap battery which last about 2 years a good battery can last 5 years. Go to autozone or similar and have battery tested.

In order to connect your tracfone with the 2016 Honda CR-V via Bluetooth, then just follow the list of directions as given below,
1.Press and hold DISP to go to the Settings screen.
2.Select Phone Settings.
3.Select Bluetooth Device List (if no phone has been paired) or Connect Phone (if pairing an additional phone).
4.Select Add Bluetooth Device.
5.Make sure your phone is in discovery mode and select OK.
6.HFL searches for your phone. Select your phone when it appears on the list.
If your phone does not appear: Select Phone Not Found and search for HandsFreeLink from your phone.
7.HFL gives you a six-digit code. Compare it to the code that appears on your phone. Connect to HFL from your phone.
8.The system asks if you want to enable Phone Synchronization. Select On to automatically import contacts and call history

Kathryn, Not familiar with Honda hrv, did you mean CRV. There will be a small trim door to remove, lower dash by drivers left knee to access interior fuse panel.

I have a 1999 Honda HRV I have just replaced the SRS unit and now the RPM when in idle goes up and down causing fuel consumption problems how do I fix this problem have taken to mechanic he mentioned it was due to the gearbox????
