SOURCE: volvo s60 abs systems
it is most likely that the abs module is faulty,, if the fault codes are read and it shows a fault with the right rear sensor then the module is faulty,,they usually go wrong at about 110//140k

If you have abs sensors at the wheels, have them checked. Usually abs & trac control work off these sensors

You have a broken wiring harness to one of the front wheel sensors. This is a very common problem. You'll have to have the abs codes read to know which side, and then you can either repair or replace that piece. As the front wheels swing back and forth as you steer, the wires leading out of the fender well to the wheel hub fatigue and break inside the insulation, making it almost impossible to see from the outside where the break is. If you have an ohmmeter and are handy with tools, you can check each front harness for contnuity while wiggling it. This is a little tricky, but it will work if you can't find a way to read the codes.

Traction control only works when one wheel is spinning faster than the other it trys to even them out so it wont spin...sometimes if one of the wheels come off the ground in an uneven area or if you take a turn too fast and one wheel turns when the other one dont it is designed to operate.
I would remove all wheels and check the braking system...Is it 4 wheel disc or rear drum ?
If it has rear drums you could have a wheel cylinder leak that will sometimes lock the wheel because of fluid contamination....This would cause both lights to come on...If you find no problems
sometimes the abs sensor builds up fragments on the magnet and makes the light come on...
or if the abs sensor is not close enough to the exciter ring it will make the light come on because it will be out of adjustment.....all you do is press the sensor inward until it barely touches the ring and it will adjust itself....You can sometimes clean the magnet if it is contaminated and make the light go off ( only after you reach 6 to 15 mph. it will go off ).If it dont go off you have to buy a sensor.
Also make sure all tires have same amount and plenty of air to keep vehicle in balance/level.

You first have to retrieve fault codes from your computer network then you have to diagnose the systems/circuits indicated by the fault codes to determine what the cause of the failure is, then you must repair the system/circuit at fault and then reset the computer system. If the dealer cannot do this, I don't know who can. Did they tell you what fault codes they were getting? If so, we can look up the troubleshooting charts for those codes as well as do a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) search to see if this is a known problem with a known fix. Without the codes, your guess is as good as mine.
