SOURCE: brake pressure light flashing- red light on dash stays on
if brakes work ok leave well alone ,this sounds like an electrical fault that big money to repair. At the end of the day the brakes are failsafe manually operated
SOURCE: i replaced the battery and it still doesnt work.
theres a fuse under the hood on the pass side check there but only if your clock light is out too

It sounds like the air bag relay switch is going bad have it tested at either autozone or the partd store that is in your area.
SOURCE: my chrysler 300c will not shift from park
With out being able to see it sounds like you have a misadjusted or broken park lock cable. there is a cable that locks shifter in park unless Brake pedal is depressed. So if you are pressing the brake and can not shift into a gear. that would be the first place I would check

Dear dodmoir,
Ok, if the actuator is faulty, and the dealer can confirm this, then you will need to source the part yourself and fit it if you wish to go down this route, or take it to an approved garage and get them to do this. Which one? Good, im glad you have stuck about, so we need to find you a replacement actuator; so let me see... urrrmmm... here is a place and its good old ebay

check it out, and this is the replacement part you will need if the dealer reckons it is this.
I would also get the cars ECU (computer) checked out, as what this enables is a full list and breakdown of all potential faults within the engine to be identified. This is quite costly to do at some places, but if you shop around your local area you should be able to find a competitive quote.
This forum I have found, seems to yield information that is well worth checking out, and it does sound to me like this is a generic fault with this make and model of car

Please do keep in contact, and I will do more digging around on this one, and will let you know when more surfaces
Hope to hear from you soon
Yours sincerely
