They are both on the left side of the transmission. See the linked YouTube video. (This was on a 4WD vehicle, but the 2WD is easier to get to the sensors)

the speed sensor for this vehicle is actually in the rear differential of the vehicle. this is the sensor that runs the speedometer also known as the vehicle speed sensor. there are also two speed sensors in the front one on each wheel known as wheel speed sensors these are for the abs system only

it could be the cluster but you have a im put and out put sensor on the transmission that controls the speedo
