Front lighter assembly damaged. Want to swap it with rear one

there is two fuses one under the hood along with a relay and another fuse under the dash on the driver side

i had the same problem with my 2003...it was # 32 fuse under the hood labeled front auxillary

Look in your manual for the Power Distribution Box reference in Roadside Emergencies. It should be located under the hood on the driver's side. My 2002 Explorer has two power points on the center console and the 20A fuses in the Power Distribution Box for them are number 7 and number 9. They cost $3.99 each at AutoZone. The cigar lighter fuse under the dash is unrelated.

All 3 are on separate fuses.
Cab fuse panel ( passenger side kick panel, by the fuel inertia switch ) :
Instrument panel power point : Fuse # 39
Rear Power point : Fuse #37
Cigar lighter : Fuse # 41
