Most DIYers think they've got a bad headlight switch or a bad connection in the power feed. But most dim headlights are caused by a corroded ground wire. ... If your headlights aren't as bright as they used to be, yank one of the bulbs and look for gray or brown residue on the glass

SOURCE: Headlights not working

If all fuses and bulbs are fine, it's probably a problem with the wiring harness. Take it to the dealer. Wiring harnesses are not something to do by yourself unless you're experienced with wiring on the specific car.

SOURCE: High beam headlights quit working. Bulbs are OK.

When you checked the bulb plug and got 12 volts, did you meter ground some where else on the car? If so, you might check ground also at the plug.

Headlights

The only thing that all of your problems have in common is the light switch and the dash wiring harness. The stereo is linked to the light switch because of it's illumination feature' You need to test the light switch with a test light by probing the wires at it's plug.
