This is for 5.7L gasoline engine, power steering pump. Even for the diesel the info appears fairly basic procedure.

Before you remove the serp belt, loosen the clutch fan bolts from the water pump. Other wise you will be fighting with them later. Other wise just drain the coolant and remove the pump. I would suggest a new thermostat since the coolant is drained. Make sure the block surface is cleaned of all gasket material and other dirt before installing your new pump. I usually scrape the area with a putty knife and wipe it down with some brake clean on a rag.

SOURCE: blower motor makes loud noise when on high

I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 with the same problem, vibrating blow fan when on high, pulled the blower fan out and found a piece of the hinge from the recirculation door and felt the recirculation door sitting up on the vent of its hinge. Crappy engineering once again.

SOURCE: how do i change the power steering pressure switch

From the Factory Service Manual, you can get one relatively cheap from www.promanuals.net. Here is a link to your 2004 Dodge Ram Service Manual.

The power steering pressure switch is installed in
the power steering high-pressure hose (Fig. 9).

(1) Disconnect electrical connector from power
steering pressure switch.
(2) Place a small container or shop towel beneath
switch to collect any excess fluid.
(3) Remove switch. Use back-up wrench on power
steering line to prevent line bending.

2006 Dodge 1500 5.7 hemi-Changed the power steering pump. 1,500 miles later the steering is very hard at low speeds. Is there air in the system, bad pump, or maybe rac & pin issue?

Indicates the pump not producing enough,in park rev the engine to say 1200 rpm and see if it acts the same as 20mph turn steering at same time.

2004 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi when driving it stalls out wont start again until you let it sit for over a day

Sounds like a coil problem, I don't know how the ignition systems work in the hemi's but your coil could be overheating.
