This may be the result of low brake fluid due to a leaking brake system, or faulty E.brake switch. Inspect and correct if necessary. Hopefully this helps!!

Seems like your brake fluid is borderline low/empty. Check the level. If it is low, it's low for a reason, if pads and shoes are not worn excessively, there may be a leak in the system, which is very dangerous.

Brake lights stay on

The warning light on the dash, or the brake lights in the back of the car ? ?
The brake fluid could be low or the parking brake switch could be faulty if the warning light is on.
The brake light switch on the pedal could be faulty if the brake lights are staying on.

The brake light on my dash stays on even when the emergency brake is off. THe interior light sometimes goes on when the door is opened, sometimes doesn't and the ignition light doesn't always come on

The handbrake warning light is activated by a switch on the handbrake bracket under the console. This is most likely stuck or broken.

The interior light staying off when the door opens is common. It could be that a door plunger switch is sticking (they can corrode inside), or there is poor contact at each end of the dome light globe. Take out the globe and press the contacts closer (just a bit) then push the globe back in, checking that it is firmly held. Then spray a little WD40 or similar on the plunger of each door switch and press it in a few times against the spring.

Which ignition light is not working, one of the warning lights? Or the check engine light?

I have a 1995 toyota corolla base, and when my headlights are on my brake lights stay on, but when the headlights are off the interior dash lights up when u step on the brakes and the parking lights turn...

Yes, transient current. Typically happens with damaged taillight bulbs, or poor ground. SO, when you step on the brake, rather than the current going to ground after the stop element, it goes into (and powers up) the running lights, of which dash lights are part of....
Look for ground issues, run external ground if needed, for testing purposes..

The brake lights on 1990 toyota camery not working all 3 are out.. have replaced all blubs, fuse, and brake pedel switch can anyone help any suggestions?

Those Toyotas have a bulb check unit, usually located inside the trunk, bolted near one of the taillights. If it goes bad and the circuit board inside fries, the taillights will not come on at all. Have it checked out.

1993 camery

open the trunk lid and check the wiring in the loom along the driver side hinge. it may be necessary to peel back some of the loom , but you will probably find a broken or chafed wire in this section, if not check all the ground wires between the brake and backup lights.

95 paseo brake lights flickering and staying on

Look at your brake light switch attached to the upper end of your brake pedal. When the brakes are released your switch should be engaged. I would remove it and check it with a meter to make sure its working normally.
