This is a common problem with these. Try hitting it (where you put the key in) with a hammer or some other piece of heavy metal. This resets the pins and the key should turn. I've had this problem before and now when it happens I just tap it hard with my finger or grab my tire iron and give it a few good taps. You could also go on ebay and buy another tumbler for around $50 if you want the headache of fixing it. I've just been dealing with it for almost a year now.
