I believe it has an adjustment screw at the regulator....other wise try adjusting at the throttle butterfly....BTW LPG does not produce the energy that Gasoline does.....Performance is going to be very sluggish...

You haven't changed everything...map sensor controls spark and fuel mixture as does the throttle position sensor, also check the idle control valve...Don't just buy stuff...do testing first.

Hard start when cold

Water level in the radiator must be correct for temperature sensors to work correctly. It is essential when running on LPG.

Landrover discovery cuts out on lpg

Dear Charlee1961,

Have you had your system completely checked, made sure that all relevant gas pressure is within normal range, and that the engine has correctly been timed and adjusted in order to compensate for the new fuel?

Have all of the plumbing, the guages and the fuel management and delivery system double checked too. I will need to know if the engine is cutting out on idle, or when you are switching the engine over to use LPG. Will also need to know what conventional fuel this vehicle was using.

I hope to hear from you in the near future, but I hope my simple checks do work things out for you.

Yours sincerely

Lpg install will okay for 2005 jeep cherokee renegade?

I doubt if there are LPG kits available for Diesel engine? LPG is for petrol engines only. However there are other kits available which will partially use LPG and diesel to run engine, these are not popular.

Is there a recommended type of LPG kit for 2004 BA Futura? What are the potential issues with fitting LPG to this model?

All LPG kits are custom to vehicles they are being installed on. The possible problems are the same with all models. They include Leaks, lose of Mileage and the obvious dangers of filling the tanks when needed. I will tell you this much, it is unlikely you will save any money converting to LPG as most conversions get far less mileage than they do on regular fuel. Also, a Conversion kit is a full conversion. Once installed you are not going to have the option of switching between the two when the LPG system fails. You would think with the faster burn rate you would have better acceleration in LPG vehicle and better Mileage since the Typical LPG fuel is a higher burning and cleaner burning fuel but in reality it it usually just the opposite in conversions and they have a tendency to vapor lock more often.

I filled up my 2005 trailblazer ext v8 and the fuel gadge says im empty

GM has had issues with fuel level sensors (in the tank) and instrument clusters. Are the rest of your gauges working correctly? If so then you will need to install a level sensor. Good Luck

I wana hook up a hyper guass system on my fuel line

Really not sure why you want to mess with this 'thingy'? It sounds like you may be trying to install a gas saver or 'claim-to fame' power booster! None of these work or the manufacture would have put it on! Messing with fuel line is a great chance of burning your car! If I am on the wrong track, please let me know! Frankster016

Magna 3.5 on LPG Duel Fuel

LPG fueled vehicles are inherently "cold-natured" due to the temperature drop when the "liquid" gas under pressure reverts to gaseous state causing a frost build up around nozzles and jets. The only solutions are to start on pump gas until up to operating temperature and the switch fuels, or allow the engine to warm up to operating temperature on LP gas before driving, thus avoiding the stall point.
