Land rover is not a ford but in fact is a BMW
the mix is ford , Mazda and some NIssan products
however as neither company makes air bags , you can get after market units or you can ask ford about it

SOURCE: how to change rear air suspension on 1999 ford

The air suspension can be a tricky thing to mess with. When we were looking to replace just one of the rear bags it was going to be costly. My husband did some checking around online and found Strutmasters.com.
They offered great products at a great price and we were very pleased with the outcome of the replacement of the non air system. If you are replacing the entire system you are looking at a pretty penny. I would check Strutmasters out before you replace the air on your Expedition.

Ok susp light came on

A malfunction with the air suspension system has been detected
Start with the basics and check the switch in the right front passenger footwell , by the kick panel and see if the air suspension service switch has been turned off , or perhaps its fuse # 12 ( 15 amp ) for the air suspension switch , or fuse # 15 - 5 amp for the air suspension module ( but unless you have noticed other things not working it's probably not that fuse ) In the power distribution box in the engine compartment
( Ford states to disconnect your battery before servicing anything in the PD BOX ) fuse # 109 is a 50 amp maxi-fuse for the air suspension compressor , or it could be a sensor or the compressor itself etc.

1992 CROWN VICTORIA LX I REPLACED FUSES INSIDE AND UNDER HOOD FOR AIR RIDE SUSPENSION AND IT STILL WON'T AIR UP. PLEASE HELP

Air ride suspension basically works like this. you have a small air compressor and a sensor that connects between the rear axle and the under body Frame. When this sensor detects a load movement like more or less weight it turns on the air compressor to air up or opens a exhaust valve to let air out. most common problems with this system. broken or disconnected sensor. leak in the air lines between compressor and shocks. or a bad or weak compressor.

Is the airbags interchangable to regular shock and springs on the rear of the truck??

Strutmasters is one company, there should be others, that you can replace, air suspension, with standard struts or shocks, depending on application.

I wouldn't service or repair air ride,on a 13 year old veh.

Ford explorer and ford explorer sport trac same exterior parts?

Above is correct, some body panels are interchangeable some aren't...Headlights, front fenders, hood yes. Doors unsure, bed and back no (obviously). The underpinnings (suspension) are similar, but not exact...and depending on the year, the Explorer went to independent rear suspension, while the sport trac kept the solid axle differential.
