Check the wiring where the rubber grommet is at top of rear hatch. It's a bending point, can cause these problems.

I had this problem too, you have to take the back hatch panel off and reconect the hoses. the hoses are about as big as a drinking straw. it's not hard, but is time consuming.

SOURCE: 2003 cavalier only one wiper works

If one works the motor is ok. The issue is morre than likley the linkage under the crowel below the windsheild. it has com apart or the wiper transmission is bad. Try accessing that arrea to get a look. you will probably see the control arm just lying on the bottom, possably along with the nut that fell off the back of the transmission.

Rear wiper arm was broke off at car wash and now i cant find a replacement one anywhere. any ideas?

Hi
That rear wiper arm is a hard to get parts from any replacement store, the only one can supply it is the dealer themselves. ( it happens to me too ).
If you have no access to the dealer, you could make them, by buying a normal wiper arm, cut it off for the size you wanted, heat up to the point where you need to bend it, and find any wiper blade with a clip-on-installation.
Hope that helps you out!

2003 Ford Explorer My rear wiper fluid is pouring out under the truck when I try to wash the rear window. It looks like it is coming out under the passenger seat. How do I fix it?

It's a loose / broken hose running from the washer fluid reservoir to the windshield wiper. Trace the hose and look for the leak. May need to pull up the back seat since that seems to be where the leak is.

2002 Axiom drivers side windshield wiper doesn't work

the wiper arm mount is keyed(*tab to slot style) and it may have broken. Remove the wiper arm and look for the grooves.. no groves then it has been stripped and broken. Some also have a nut on top of the mounting point as a retainer. Just basically check where the wiper is attached to the control assembly.

Hyndai Elantra - 2003 - Passenger side wiper wont go.

I have worked on other wipers, but haven't looked specifically at the Elantra. My guess is that there may be a bolt loose in the linkage between the wiper arms. The motor seems to be working fine, so it is possibly in the linkage between the wiper arms. I think that it can be fixed fairly quickly if this is the issue.
