I have a peugeot 207 but when the engine is off and I lock the car a red light flashes on and off on the deactivating parking switch and also the alarm switch

It senses changes in air pressure.

Interior volumetric. The system checks for any variation in
the volume in the passenger compartment. The alarm is triggered if anyone breaks a window, enters the passenger compartment or moves inside the vehicle. Self-protection function The system checks for the putting out of service of its components.
The alarm is triggered if the battery, the central control or the wires of the siren are put out of service or damaged.

You can deactivate it.

Deactivation of the interior volumetric protect
Switch off the ignition.
Within ten seconds, press button A until the indicator lamp is on continuously.
Get out of the vehicle.
Lock or deadlock the vehicle using the locking button on the remote control.
The exterior protection alarm alone remains activated; the indicator lamp in button A flashes once per second.
To be effective, this deactivation must be carried out each time the ignition is switched off.

I have changed my coolant temp sensor but my 207cc still reads hot so im going to need to change the thermostat housing

Look on google images for 207 thermo switch and see if you recognise something. Its most often in the thermostat housing.

Have oil pressure checked possible bad oil pump

You need to have a OBDCII code reader to plug into the standard plug at the lower edge of your dashboard and it should give you a code which will tell you what one or multiple things are likely causing your problem.

This is most likely a fault with the self-parking circuit for the wipers, or a sticking relay associated with the wipers.

A tricky fault to diagnose without good auto electrician skills/tools.

its a "key still in" alarm or headlights on alarm..or it may not be fully locked in park..

normal...security warning light to deter theft.. uses very little power

fuel is leaking into the sump
if diesel it will be from the pump and if petrol will be leaking injector seals
