Hi. There are many reasons for your A/C to shut down. Low refrigerant, faulty pressure switch, wiring, ground or A/C clutch may be to blame. I recommend sending it in for diagnostics. The technician will test your system, add die, check for operation and leaks and let you know what is needed to repair your climate control system. Typically the service is $150. prices do vary but it is the best way to get it done and down quickly. Any questions please write back. Good Luck.

And is the AC working? If not first have the refrigerant charge checked it may have a leak.

SOURCE: Rear Main Oil Seal leak 2008 GMC Canyon

I think this is for an oil level sensor. Should be easy to change , or a shop can do it for a nominal charge. The dealerships will want more.

There isn't one. There's two fuses for the turn signals. The flashing is controlled by the Body Control Module.

Why does my GMC Canyon 2008 Blower fan only works on 2?

I had a problem on my 2006 sierra, the fan wouldn't work on 5. gm had a curtisy recall, they had to replace a resistor, at no charge, last week. Ask your dealer about any recall for this with your vehicle.

2005 gmc canyon loses power when putting on the breaks, lights dim and heater fades in and out

I have an 05 canyon. It was running rough and losing power at stop lights. I got the throttle body cleaned and it runs great now. Try that its an inexpensive fix. It needs to be done about every 25,000 miles.

2004 GMC Canyon 3.5L crew cab with Maint Req'd light

It may be true that the dealer told him that, however I doubt the truck rolled off the assembly line like that. I also doubt GM put that light there for no reason. There is a reason it came on and if it was me I would want to know.
