1).First you will need a jack, and a socket wrench.
2).Look under the trunk section at the bottom to first find the tire.
3).lift up the truck with the jack then get the spare tire underneath.
4).Use the socket wrench to unscrew the bolt's (turn left to loosen turn right to tighten).
5).Take out the bad tire and replace it with the spare.
6).Place the bolts back in place.
7).Lower the car back down .
8).Through the bad tire and your tools back in the trunk.
9).Your all done and can now leave.
(Note - Do not touch the engine or try to operate the car while doing this).

along with the jack and the tire iron, there should be another metal rod that will have sort of a square, hex, or star shape on one end (this may also be part of the tire iron). with the trunk open, look along the top edge of the bumper and you should see a hole that you insert the rod into and then crank it to lower the tire out from under the car

Every ford dealer would love to have you drop by to order these parts.
I suggest that you visit a local salvage yard or eBay & get the parts you need. The tire changing equipment on most vehicles is seldom if ever used & you can not only save $$$, but have what will probably look like brand new equipment. Check a few vehicles, I've done this many times.
You can also go to Sears/Walmart/Autozone/Pepboys & get non-OEM equipment for doing the tire changes that you may even like more than the original equipment items.
