you mean the cooling fan? for the rad the relay is under the hood by the battery in the fuse and relay box

1990 Honda Accord tail lights are not working.I have checked all the fuses and the bulbs.Everything is good.Front headlights are working,same with the signal lights.what do I need to check next.

honda actually has a lifetime warranty on all motor power seatbelts.. all you have to do is take it to any honda dealer and they will fix it for FREE ...you can call up your nearest honda dealer and they will tell you the same ..(its in the owners manual as well)..hope i helped...

you have to replace the clock, there is a electronic fault in the clock.
