2003 Mazda Tribute. electric switch seems bad, I just want to MANUALY close it. Is this possible? I mean the Sunroof.

The motor is gone and the switch could be gone too.

I would replace both to be on the safe side.
The switch is not that expensive. The motor is more expensve.

lift the arm outward and a tab will show at the base of the arm. Pull it outward (the tab) and simply pull the arm away from the mounting stud

Its the Blower Resistor....If it was the switch, it probably wouldn't work at all....But the Resistor will give you those symptoms, of working on high med or low
