I believe the shake is coming from your transmission. Please look at the fluid level and color. Also take a look at its maintenance history. When was the last time the fluid and filter was replaced? The torque converter clutch, low transmission fluid pressure, and engine issues will cause shudder (Clogged air and fuel filter, poor fuel pressure, fouled spark plugs, timing or restricted exhaust flow). I have the same problem, you need to change de oil transmission or try an additive for aut. trans that resolve the problem for a while, but is almost most better changing de oil.

it could be a motor mount check the condition of it or it can be that something with the suspension might need attention . . those things can cause vibration at certain speeds

Sounds like you're missing on a cylinder or two. Tune it up, first. That might very well fix your problem. Tell the part store guy you need a COMPLETE tune up kit and replace everything that he gives you parts for. Not just plugs and wires, although they would be better than nothing. I'm pretty sure this will fix you up. The symptoms you're describing are classic for a tune up.

It sounds like you might need to replace your motor mounts, or get a tier allignement done. The allignment you cannot do yourself but the motor mounts you can this requires you to place a jack under you engine and undoing the motor mounts then replace them and take away jack.
