your problem is probably caused by a sticking door switch try spraying wd40 in the door latches and opening and closing the doors several time do all the doors or you can take it to the dealer and they can scan the body control module and tell you which one it is

Hello Steven.
The problem will most likely be between the ignition switch and the interior fuse panel if it goes as soon as you turn key to "on".
If it were after the interior fuse panel, the fuses within the interior panel would blow.
You will need to look at the wiring out of the switch for a short to ground. Perhaps the harness is rubbed through under the dash.
The gray/yellow, light green/pink and black/light green are the ones that power up when key turned on.
If it blows when the starter is tried look at the red/light blue out of the switch. This is what activates the starter circuit.
This circuit is also protected in the interior fuse panel so another reason I suspect the problem is under the dash near the ignition switch.
