AT usually refers to the transmission. Get a Good mechanic to service the gearbox and transmission. The sluggishness could be an old filter and old or low fluid levels. The mechanic will also be able to find out if there is any other reason for the sluggish performance.

My Mazda 323 has been loosing power over the past week.

You don't say what year the car is, but generally the cause is lack of fuel.
If the check engine light is not on, it could be low fuel pressure or a clogged filter.

Abs light flash on and off. very sluggish around 45 mph.

I would buy a scanner and pull the codes and take it from there .
ABS flashing means its not operable at this time.
Sluggish at 45mph gonna have to pull the codes . Pull them and get back to me I'll get you threw it.

Started my mazda 6 this morning. Was a little sluggish but started. Went out 10 minutes later to move it and it wont start. Only clicking noise when trying to start

battery is dead. possibly the alternator isn't charging too. once the car is running if the battery light is on the alternator needs to be changed. if that's the case stick with a mazda part not a rebuilt.

Just had 4r44e rebuilt. O/D light keeps flashing on and off, also eng is real sluggish on take off but gets better with speed.

The flashing o/d lamp is to warn of electronic/mechanical problems with the transmission. The sluggish take off problem is probably related to the torque converter. In fact both problems are related.Hope this will help you.

Check Engine Light shows as "AT"

Check the speed sensor on the tranny.Have the car scanned for a DTC code. Tell the person about your problem So he will check the right place. They do it free at most car parts stores.
