I have a 2003 Lincoln Aviator. The check engine light comes on and it starts to shake. And a low oil pressure signal comes on. Almost feels like it's going to shut off. I went to Autozone and they ran a diagnostic. It came back as a spark plug or ignition coil that needs to be replaced. I replaced those two items. But, it didn't work. Is there something wrong with the oil pressure too. Or is that some kind of default warning signal.
I had the same problem. Maybe you still have some bad ignition coils. I would change them all out. Very simple to do yourself.
Also, check the hose that is connected to your PCV valve. Mine had a huge hole in it from melting and it was sucking in to much air.
How did u change the ignition coils?
Im sorry would u know how to change them, or do u have a diagram? My aviator does same thing but actually is leaking some oil, but dont know from where?
They are located under a cover on top of the valve covers. There are four coils on each side of the engine. I use alldatadiy.com for my diagrams. The membership is like 15 bucks for the year but worth it especially if you have an Aviator. Truck has to many issues.

I have the same problem. Ford dealership said the engine code was to replace the head. Loosing 15% compression from #8 cylinder. I plan on getting a second opinion before I spend $4800 on having FORD installing a new head... BYW. Ford is not helping out at all. I only have 70000 miles on my 2004.
Sounds like you either have bad tires or ur tires are out of balance
