SOURCE: 2002 Chevy Tracker will not idle
I would start with a new fuel filter and some new spark plug wires.

SOURCE: where is the pvc valve
Hello there,
It should be on a valve cover. Remove the rubber hose and unscrew it (like a half turn).
Best regards...
SOURCE: Can't find the pvc valve
Hi there!
The PCV valve is located on the valve cover on the top of the engine and here is a picture and i hope that's the same engine
you have. If not then just look at on the Valve cover it should be there
in a hose going form the valve cover to the intake manifold. Good luck
SOURCE: What kind of oxygen sensor is need for a 2002 Chevy Tracker
Since you said 4 sensors I will assume you have the V6 engine.
The aftermarket sensors that are designed to fit your truck are about $150 each so with labor that would be about right. And sensors from GM would probably be $250 each.
However, odds are you do not need all 4 sensors. Maybe one.
