91 4runner 4WD 6cyl 5speed have replaced several parts engine still runs rough and rich

You dont mention what you replaced, but you need to check for any codes.
Theres a diagnostic box on the passenger side fender under the hood...its labeled on top of the box. Take a paper clip and make it into a U shape and put it into the TE1 and E1 holes...these slots are labeled under the cap in a diagram. Then get in and turn the ignition switch past ACC to on (but dont start) and watch the check engine light blink. If there is a short pause between blinks then its a 2 digit number code. The codes will cycle through and start all over so have a pen and paper handy.
You will have to search any codes. I have a 93 nissan and it had 2 codes but didnt turn on the check engine light. I had a bad knock sensor and bad coolant temp sensor, both of which can cause rich conditions.

BMW 2007 335I ENGINE CODE 2C3F,2C9C,2C9D,2C9E AFTER REPLACED VALVE COVER GASKET THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WITH CODE IS THERE SOME ONE TO HELP ME

All these codes are related to the O2 sensor... the most common issue is when putting the cover on you trap the wire under the valve cover causing the wires to ground to the engine. Check the routing of the O2 sensor wires

2002 Santa Fe with P0031 code (O2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1). Replace sensor, cleared code and code reappears. On the OBDII, the code shows under transmission and engine. Do I need to clear the code

I guess I should start by saying that trouble codes do not instruct the mechanic to replace a component. Only to check it.
Code 31 is for a problem with the heater circuit for that O2 sensor. The sensor is not warming up fast enough to satisfy the engine computer. Since you have replaced the sensor, the actual problem could be in the wiring or the source of power for the heater built into the sensor.

I had my 2006 Hyundai Sonata serviced two days ago. Had front brakes pads replace, power steering flushed, replaced front valve cover gasket and replace spark plugs, engine filter changed. Car drove fine...

that is just a basic 10,000 km service
check engine light on
undo battery terminals count ten reconnect
clears the codes
if check engine light returns
the code will be stored in the ecu

description sounds like an 02 sensor

Service engine soon intrigue gl 2001

SERVICE ENGINE means that fluid and filter must to be replaced under periodical maintenance.

CHECK ENGINE its a warning about some fault code stored in the PCM (computer). Need an scanner reader tool to know which code is there.

Good luck.

Obc code P1491. REPLACED THE RELAY (RY 330 )riveted on the body under the driver headlamp, code didnt dissapear and engine light still on. The car is a 2000 Grand Caravan with 3 liter engine.

Just replacing the relay will not reset the code. You need to reset the code in your computer. If you disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes it should reset.
