Hello, For all 615, 616 (4cyl) and 617 (5cyl) through 1985 model year is:
cold intake 0.10mm or .006in
exhaust 0.35mm or .014in
hot intake 0.15mm or .007in
exhaust 0.40mm or .016in

There are a million answers to this. Below is the offical table. However it depends if the car has been serviced correctly in the log book. I suggest checking there first or ringing the garage that has stamped the service log book. If you are not the original owner you can still ring to ask. You will note the recommended period both in time and miles on the chart. If you are at all unsure I would strongly recommend considering getting the belt checked and replaced as the costs of a full engine repair if it fails is massive. You will note only a few engines are at low miles most ar at 160,000. I have changed a few at 200,000 and the belt looked fine, have also had belts fail before 100,000 with engines needing replacement.Always get a kit including pulleys and replace all, pulleys renown for seasing.
