most auto part stores can get that for you

A Large leak is almost never a gas cap, thats usually the small leak. Dodge uses cheap hoses that crack badly. Check the canister in the Engine compartment, passenger side. Then check passenger side behind the cab by the frame. 2 canisters and hoses leaving that ,often cracked. Last is a piece that connects from the hard steel lines near the oil pan....one of these three usually

All your vents are controlled by two things. one of course is the dash swicth. when you turn the switch to the psition you want it at in pulls vacumm to a diaghram that opens the blow door for the setting you chose.In my years of fixing these its usually has been a broken vacumm line under the hood.start the vehicle and listen for a hising noise or like an air leak ;follow the vacumm lines that are visible. the other problem could be a bad switch element and dodges are notorious for these.hope this helps

Check clamps on filler hose and vent hose make sure it's not leaking there.If fuel pump was changed before filler tube connection on tank maybe leeking when under vacumme from perge systme and setting code.

Being a bearer of bad tidings it could also mean the tank is rusted and has a hole in it. You can check the vapor cannister under the hood, your PVC valve, and vacuum hoses under the hood. Radiator shops can repair gas tanks and they should be able to pressure test your system on the vehicle without taking everything off.
