Are you talking about the cruise control button? If so, there're 2 screws, maybe torx type. After unscrewed, should be able to remove the controller and replace. Just plug and play...

You can follow the positive (red) battery cable from the battery down to the starter solenoid.
If your fuel filter is clogged or worse you have a clogged fuel filter and it's backed up enough pressure to destroy the fuel pump then you may want to check to make sure you getting adequate fuel pressure
