In the exhaust pipes just down stream from the exhaust manifolds.

Hi bank 2 is reffering to the side of the engine that the #2 cylinder is on and sensor 1 will be the one up infront of the catylitic converter toward the engine!

there should be 2 of them one before the converter and another one after the converter, if its a v6 engine there should be 3 of them, one on each of the exhaust manifolds and a third one after the converter

The sensor itself is located under the car right behind the oil filter. It is connected on top of the motor right by the fire wall. You will need an E8 torx socket to get it out but it's a very easy replacement.
