DTC P0741: Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) - Stuck Off
Circuit/System Description
The torque converter clutch (TCC) pressure control (PC) solenoid is part of the control solenoid (w/body and TCM) valve assembly and is not serviced separately. The shift solenoid (SS) 1 supplies transmission fluid to the TCC PC solenoid when commanded OFF. The TCC PC solenoid regulates transmission fluid through the TCC regulator valve in the lower valve body and the TCC control valve in the pump, to the TCC when commanded ON and exhausts fluid when commanded OFF. When the TCC is applied, the engine is coupled directly to the transmission.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

How to prevent the transmission from damage
(The filter usually is screen type and can be cleaned when remove bottom cover. but this is not to be done at regular maintenance inspection.)
- Regularly check your parking space for leaks. Doesn't matter, is it the engine oil leak, power steering fluid or transmission fluid; if you discover any, get it fixed before it caused something serious.
- Once in a while check the transmission fluid level and condition. Not all cars however have the automatic transmission dipstick, in some cars, for example, in late Volkswagen models, the transmission fluid can only be checked by the dealer. Consult with your owner's manual for details. If the transmission fluid level is too low, there is a leak somewhere that needs to be fixed.
- Change the fluid as often as it said in your owner's manual or when it becomes too dark (rather brown than red) or dirty.
Also, keep in mind that an automatic transmission can not be drained completely - there is always some transmission fluid left inside the transmission (the torque converter, in the valve body, etc.) which means you only can change about %60 of the fluid at once. This is one more reason to change it more often.

- Use only the same type of the transmission fluid as specified in the owner's manual or on the dipstick. Some vehicles (e.g Dodge Caravan) are very sensitive to fluid type
- Never shift to the Reverse or Parking until the car comes to a complete stop.
- Never shift from the Parking mode when engine rpm is higher than normal idle.
- Always hold a brakes down when shifting from Parking.
- The automatic transmission can be damaged if towing with the drive wheels on the road. Always use a dolly or place powered wheels on the towing platform (if the vehicle is front wheel drive - tow it from the front leaving rear wheels on the road.

SOURCE: HAVE A TROUBLESHOOTING MESSAGE PO446

DTC P0446 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Vent System Performance

The vehicle control module (VCM) monitors the performance of the evaporative emission (EVAP) system by applying a predetermined level of vacuum to the EVAP system and monitors the vacuum decay rate. The VCM sets this diagnostic trouble code (DTC) if the vacuum decay rate is more than a predetermined value. The VCM monitors the amount of vacuum and the amount of pressure in the EVAP system by monitoring the fuel tank pressure sensor. For this DTC, the VCM turns ON both the EVAP purge valve and the EVAP vent valve when the Conditions for Running the DTC are met. This applies an engine vacuum to a closed EVAP system. The VCM turns OFF both the EVAP purge valve and the EVAP vent valve when the system reaches a correct amount of vacuum. The EVAP system should quickly RELEASE the vacuum in the EVAP system with the EVAP purge valve OFF and the EVAP vent valve OFF (open). This test indicates a blocked or restricted EVAP vent path if the EVAP system fails to release the vacuum quickly enough.

SOURCE: How to change the automatic gearbox oil - Seat - Cordoba - 1996

There will be a plug on the bottom of the transmission casing to let the old gearbox oil out.
On an automatic trans the filler is usually on top at the trans dipstick.
On a manuel trans there is a plug about half way up the trans casing.
Drain fully and put in correct type and amount according to your manual. Do not put any old trans fluid in use the type and quantity recommended by the manufacturer!
I find myself just going to a Quick Lube Shop and letting them do it for a few bucks more.. They get it right and it's faster than me doing it myself.

Hope this will FixYa!

SOURCE: 2003 Buick Regal Service Engine Soon light.

The error that I'm showing for error code P1133 is
P1133 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient switching bank 1 sensor 1(Rear Bank).  I would suggest having both of your Oxygen Sensors replaced if you haven't already had that done.  Hope this helps.  Thanks for an honest rating and for using FixYa.

You need to hook up a scanner and see what is going on, any fault codes and such. Check fuel pressure, check the fuel is being injected, check to make sure the camshaft belt (if it has one of course)is turning and so on.
