SOURCE: Battery wont stay charged overnight
Disconnect the battery. Make sure that the doors are closed, and if you have a hood light disconnect it for this test. While touching the disconnected battery cable, there will probably be a spark. Go to the fuse box and start taking one fuse out at a time. Retouch the cable if spark is still there, place fuse back and pull another one. When the spark finally stops happening, look in your owners manual and see what all devices this fuse supports. Now, start disconnecting these devices one at a time (with the fuse back in place) and repeat the cable test. When the sparks stops again, you now know what device is causing a pull on the battery. It now can be decided if it is a short to the device, or if it is the device itself, and whether you want to disarm it until you are able to make the repair. It is a lot of work, but well worth it.
SOURCE: my 1997 chevy tahoe is having electrical problem
the factory radio has an option that adjust the volume basted on surrounding noise it is the outside ring around the volume knob
SOURCE: I have a 2007 tahoe that keeps having electrical
Replacing random parts will not solve the problem. What exactly is the issue? Is the battery going dead? Something in the car staying on? What??
SOURCE: My check charging system went
Having a large draw on the jumper usually indicates that the problem is in the main feed of the electrical system. I'd begin by checking the battery (charge and have it load tested). From there, check your positive cable that goes to the starter to make sure it has not touched and burned onto an exhaust component.
It's also possible to have either an internal short inside the starter or alternator...Also check main sub wiring for grounding (like the larger wire that goes to the back of the alternator). Though the problem was defined as "huge" most times a large short is far easier to find than an intermittent or slight draw from one of the smaller systems. Therefore, it should be relatively easy to find and repair.

Your alternator is not yet doing anything. Minimum voltage, even with all accessories on, should be around 13.5 volts. Check all fuses, connections, grounds, and wiring. Have the alternator tested if you find nothing amiss.
