SOURCE: my 2008 honda accord xm radio stopped working.

If it is a built in system, which is sounds like it is. Your XM receiver is not functioning correctly. I believe a replacement XM receiver is covered under your warranty if you have one with your Honda dealership.

Honda accord 2008 yellow indicator light malfunction, engine switched off

Take the car back to the dealer, or if you can get someone to do a scan for fault codes too, that could send you I the right direction. Aske the dealer if there are any ignition switch harness recalls.

Hi, I have a 2005 Honda accord Hybrid , couple days ago the Engine light and the IMA Light came on , i was reading it could be a software issue , could you help please , i have 98000 miles on the car....

You might want to call your Honda dealer. Your car might be under a recall: Product Update: IMA Battery Software Update
Service Bulletin 05-038

it should be free if it's under the recall. Just give the dealer your vin# over the phone and have them check it. good luck.

Radio,cd.clock lights will not illuminate

That is a problem with the 2003-2004 radios. There was a recall due to faulty circuitry. You may be able to have the unit repaired by Honda. I can also repair them if Honda does not. I am at www.autoclockrepair.com

Radio display does not work

Honda has a problem with the PCB board in the radio, See your Honda dealer for repair info. Service bulletin 04-027 says:

"In some audio units, a component failure on the PCB
(printed circuit board) could cause the audio display to
become dark or dim, and prevent the audio/HVAC
panel buttons from illuminating.
To ensure that customers have adequate warranty
coverage for this potential problem, American Honda is
increasing the warranty on the audio unit display to
7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For
other defects the standard 3 years or 36,000 miles
warranty applies, whichever occurs first."

Clock not available

I took the truck back for warranty work and this was the dealer's explanation: This is a known, but rare, glitch in the radio. It is not widespread enough for Dodge to issue a bulletin, but there is a write-up in the computer system that Dodge technicians access that covers this. The "repair" is to disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and/or remove the IOD (Ignition Off Draw fuse(s)). The radio then "resets" itself. If the problem persists, they have to replace a component of the radio system.

Add Music Link to 2008 Rigeline

I haven't done this to my ridgeline, but I did it to my 1992 accord.  You can have any auto radio shop add a wire from the aux input on the back of the factory radio that comes out in a hidden place, like one of the little storage places under the radio.  Just plug it into your ipod and push the XM/AUX button on your radio, and you're good to go.  Should cost under $100.
