Hi. There is a little more to this circuit. If the information you are asking for doesn't help please write back. More often the neutral safety switch fails. The neutral safety switch contains the switch that turn the reverse lights on/off. To answer your question you are looking for the Junction Block. It is located behind the drivers side kick panel. The fuse is Fuse #10 (15amp) transmission range sensor, duty cycle evap/purge solenoid, radiator fan relay, a/c clutch relay, o2 sensor up/downstream relays, back up lamp switch.

If you still have the pop off cover for the fuse box the amperage and position (number) along with the purpose served by each fuse is stamped on that cover.

C1 & C2 in your panel are most likely one of the culprits, if no power at heater at seat. Sounds like testing for power at seat switch is easier to do than get at these circuit breakers in the panel. If you have power at switch at seat, then it's not the fuse/circuit breaker. Good reading at this link for you.

One long bolt at the top - requires a 7mm socket to remove the bolt. The light housing will pry out with a screw driver. There are three ball and socket type connectors that hold the housing in and I just pryed off the plastic housing carefully and "balls" pop out of the sockets. Finally, I was replacing the faded plastic housing and it came with a new wiring harness. It's impossible to reach the connector to use the new wiring harness that comes with the new plastic light housing. So just use the existing wiring harness with the new light assembly.

unfortinately the fuse box is under the hood and there is no panel inside the 2000 cherokee or diagram, i had to buy an online manual to find out what fuse went where for my jeep but its not with me. You can just pull the fuses out one at a time and look at them - I know its a pain. It might be your window controll switch - mine is bad as well. It is a common problem for these cherokees especially over 100k, they wear out - I initally thought it was my fuse as well because the lights in the window switch didn't light up anymore - but it is my switch.
