Hi my citroen wont start after i changed the battery its a 2003 model

Look under the hood on top of the radiator there is usually some type of a sticker there which show the pulley setup

the first thing you have to do is remove the fuel filter and dump the fuel from inside it into a pan so that you can inspect the fuel as you know the water does not mix with diesel so they will separate, if you do have water ,the fuel tank will have to be drained,but if you only see small bubbles of water then i say run it the filter will catch the water but you will have to change the filter a few more times before you run tank empty.

Starter is mounted on passenger side of the bell-housing. Remove 1 end of support bar bolted on bottom side of frame and swing it out of the way. Remove the starter's 2 mounting bolts.
