If you can't figure it out from the owners manual just call the dealership. Unfortunately, the aftermarket maintenance manuals are not for sale yet.
SOURCE: 2003 Odyssey. Door locks only work manually.
There must be a ground wire to frame that was disconnected. Take the vehicle back to the shop and have them look.

Try this.Turn the auto switch off on the dash.Disconnect the battery .Manually open and close that door to the all the way open procedure then to the all the way closed procedure and latched. Then reconnect the battery turn the switch on and see if it operates correctly.
---------
This is the exact procedure to be tried :---
1) Turned manual door switch to off .
2) Disconnect the battery.
3) Manually open and close that door to the all the way open procedure, then to the all the way close procedure .
4) Latch that door (i.e., lock door from inside).
5) Reconnect the battery .
6) Turn the auto switch on.
7) Press the unlock door switch (to unlock all doors).
---------------
If its not helping then check for the blown fuse. The blown fuse in the passenger fuse box check the back up and auxiliary and sliding door fuses.Fuses (located under the hood near the firewall on the passenger side). The fuse marked back up (7.5a) .---------
If the fuses are not blown, then also remove the back up fuse and sliding door fuse for 2 minutes then reinsert the fuse in.This resets the system. But if its still not working then problem is door latch or problem is sliding door motor. Both needs to be tested and faulty one should be replaced.--------
This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
